Julie Kennedy

CEO


Julie started her career as an entrepreneur, founding and leading AMERICA SCORES, a US-based educational non-profit organization. She has since built her career managing international projects in two spheres: those that support the role of the private sector and local markets in fostering sustainable economic growth, and those that addressed populations living in extreme poverty across the developing world. Julie specializes in offering strategic support for firms undergoing reorganization, launching new products, entering new markets, and seeking external sources of financing for stabilization, expansion, and growth. She also specializes in helping her clients build robust relationships with external partners. A native of Canada, Julie speaks French and Spanish.

Mollie Ring

Senior Vice President, Knowledge


Mollie started her career in the NGO humanitarian sector, doing strategic communications and program evaluation for the International Rescue Committee. She became interested in progressive entrepreneurship as a systemic approach to addressing poverty, particularly for emerging economies. She has consulted for UNDP, UNICEF, OTF Group, the U.S. Department of Justice, as well as social enterprise leaders and NGOs throughout the U.S. At Kinesis, Mollie provides advisory services to small and medium-sized firms throughout Central America and the Caribbean and manages all aspects of knowledge development and exchange. She holds an MPA from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.

Carmen Lucia Salguero

Strategic Advisory Partner


Carmen brings twenty years of experience in the field of human development, public policy and policy analysis. She has served as an advisor to the United Nations System, international aid agencies, and the private sector in Guatemala and Latin America. She is General Manager of Mejoremos Guate, the most prominent private sector strategy to accelerate the pace of social development and economic growth in Guatemala and Director of Etrategica Central America, SA, a Chilean consulting company in Latin America (www.strategica.cl). She serves as an advisor on viable projects in the sectors of oil, energy, mining and infrastructure and is a founding partner and director of a family business group dedicated to generation and sale of renewable energy, agro-exports, tourism services and trade.
